Week 36 comes rolling in the fantasy door like a kitten with soundproof shoes on.  Seriously it is so quiet in here and the noise is all surrounding the 2 goals that were conceded in another tournament that really don't matter until Liverpool give up 3 more.  Run-on sentences are fun, especially when the point you wanna prove falls on deaf 'Pudlian ears.  So moving on in the museum tour of rankings for the FPL week 36.  This is a severe set-up week, almost like an awful blind date setup by someone who doesn't really know your personality.  You appreciate the fixtures but don't really ever plan to call or text or use this people again because you are dating twins next week.  Twins!  And not of the Minnesota variety.  I always forget that not all the baseball jokes transfer correctly, but if you are into that sorta thing click on the baseball thing on monday's and Friday's as I continue my journey to the middle of popularity there.   So transfer wisely this week, only bring in players that have a double next week.  I mean it don't be stupid.  Cheers!
Now that the double match week is just about kaput, we can get on with brass tax.  The blank week is the the thinking man's week.  Anyone can pick players with two fixtures and get luck.  When supplies get limited it is where the rubber meets the road.  With only 12 teams to choose players from and some of those negated by awful matchups, cough Swansea...cough cough West Brom.  That leaves 10.  1 big FPL Indians to choose from.  Transfers this week on an individual basis are tough. So if you planned ahead and have that appropriate chips that replaces your entire team for just one week, well now is the time to employ that bad boy.  I wish I could say something more diplomatic and forthcoming about advise this week, but it is pretty obvious who you want.  Just be smart and use a differential or three if at all possible. Here are the rankings for the FPL in week .  Happy chipping, transferring or whatever mode of transportation you take to get to the endline this week.  Cheers!
The elephant in the room.  The question that is firmly on everyone's mind. It's an easy one too.  Just look at your team and see that high scoring, 99% owned midfielder.  The one, the only, Mo Salah.  Now with the season only five weeks long, where does the seven come from?  It is easy actually.  That is the number of fixture that other FPL assets have as compared to the little ole 5 that Mo has.  The only tough pill to swallow is watching all that retained value get flushed down the toilet from all the gains that Salah has garnered to this point from when you bought him.  I say soooo what!  You don't need it.  Going into a thumb wrestling battle with 20% more thumbs is a win my friends.  So with the double gameweek her and staring us clear in the mug the term for this week is there are no allegiances anymore on your team.  The template is gone.  the options are a cornucopia of abundance just one click away for you to delve into the depths of differentials.  The transfers of titulations.  You get the point. Be different this week, don't go for the most popular guy, but if you are sans chips left transfer wise because 7 fixtures is better than 5.  Cheers!
We’re once again giving you our loves and hates for each week in a segment called “Start ‘Em and Sit ‘Em”.  You should know the drill, but if you don’t, we pick one option from each position.  Pretty cut and dry, and quite simply… basic.  It is more based on my feelings and gut approach for the week’s upcoming and changes from week-to-week.  I look at match-ups and form to formulate my craziness.  It’s like musical chairs, without all the screaming kids and regretful feeling of loss. So sit back, relax, and have a look at who we would start and sit based on match-ups and value. It’s Fantasy Premier League Start ‘Em, Sit ‘Em, Week 28 (plus a sleeper/under-owned fella that should be owned and isn’t.)
It’s your sometimes weekly, mostly when I’m not lazy, update for Gameweek 27. We have FA matches over the next few days, so PLEAAAASE HOLD ON TO YOUR TRANSFERS! This is not the time of year to be rushing around and trying to save team value. Get information on players and blank schedules, react and make smart decisions with the players you decide to unload and who you replace them with. Please feel free to leave questions, comments and criticisms below.
