If yesterday was Thanksgiving, then today is Black Friday with all the goodies in store for you. From a fantasy perspective obviously.  The Defenders and Keeper rankings are nice and are the biggest differential to be had in the game.  The midfielders and forwards are def the staple items.  You need to have a City player, you need to have an investment in a certain grouping of strikers. These are just great rules of thumb as it relates to FPL.  I don’t claim to be the shelter from a rain storm, but I do sell some of the best umbrellas.  Ya dig?  With the returns of some key players and the departure of some others from the international break period it is making the front 8 selection process a muddled up beast.  The biggest crunch that I am noticing right now is the move away from the power three forwards to more of a power two and then finding the funds to have coverage from the key players and the under-owned ones…cough…Alexis. So one week at a time my friends and one or maybe two transfers at a time as well.  Good luck this week and here are the rankings for the middies and strikers.  Cheers!

  1. Kevin de Bruyne, Man City
  2. Alexis Sanchez, Arsenal
  3. Christian Eriksen, Spurs
  4. David Silva, Man City
  5. Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Man United
  6. Eden Hazard, Chelsea
  7. Philippe Coutinho, Liverpool
  8. Raheem Sterling, Man City
  9. Cesc Fabregas, Chelsea
  10. Mo Salah, Liverpool
  11. Dele Alli, Spurs
  12. Riyad Mahrez, Leicester
  13. Juan Mata, Man United
  14. Aaron Ramsey, Arsenal
  15. Pedro, Chelsea
  16. Alex Iwobi, Arsenal
  17. Richarlison, Watford
  18. Robbie Brady, Burnley
  19. Matt Ritchie, Newcastle
  20. Gylfi Sigurdsson, Everton
  • How many will City put in?  Multiple players are warranted through the midfield but that darn limit of three.  KDB, Sterling, and Silva gotta choose one.
  • Alexis isn’t going to ever be any cheaper or unowned.
  • United midfield gets the better of the Pool guys because, well defense.
  • I love Alex Iwobi this week and I hope he takes me to the enchanment under the sea dance.
  • What has happened to Gylfi/  The mighty fantasy assett looks lost with out the Swans patch or is it the Toffees stench offensively.

  1. Harry Kane, Spurs
  2. Romelu Lukaku, Man United
  3. Alexandre Lacazette, Arsenal
  4. Gabriel Jesus, Man City
  5. Michy Batshuayi, Chelsea
  6. Jamie Vardy, Leicester
  7. Roberto Firmino, Liverpool
  8. Andy Carroll, West Ham
  9. Chris Wood, Burnley
  10. Manolo Gabbaidini, Southampton
  11. Tammy Abraham, Swansea
  • If Sir Harry isn’t number one almost every week for the remainder of the year I am slacking at my job or on a bender of sniffing things.
  • Michy gets the nod for the injured Morata. Palace like to give up things in multiple, the Blues are a good investment this week.
  • Is Andy Carroll back?   better question was he ever there to be back from?
  • Gabbiadini gets the call with Long being offside and injured.  The six-million dollar man Charlie Austin waits in the wings for a PK with his name on it.
