Yikes folks, three-game weeks in 10 days and if you don’t have the need for adult diapers, now may be the time.  Excitement personified!  This is the last stretch run of games that come in succession like this for the rest of the year, and if you are big proponent of taking a minus and not having it affect you this is the time.  I say that because if you simply take a minus a week for the next 3 and set yourself up with one player for the week, and one for the DGW in 34 w/ United, Soton, and Palace… you will be ahead of the game and hold onto that coveted wildcard for the better looking DGW fixtures after Week 34.  But what the heck do I know? Enjoy the week.  Happy transferring and here are the Week 30 FPL rankings for all positions.  Cheers!

Keepers:

  1. Thibaut Courtois, Chelsea
  2. David de Gea, Man United
  3. Kasper Schmeichel, Leicester
  4. Hugo Lloris, Spurs
  5. Fraser Forster, Southampton
  6. Lukasz Fabianski, Swansea
  7. Tom Heaton, Burnley
  8. Jordan Pickford, Sunderland
  9. Eldin Jakupovic, Hull
  10. Darren Randolph, West Ham
  11. Ben Foster, West Brom
  • It’s Chelsea and United then a ball and rank ’em affair for clean sheet guessing.  Even though those are no guarantees.
  • Love the Swans at home this week.
  • Hull plays better at home so Eldin is a starred up guy for me this week.

Defence:

  1. Danny Valencia, Man United
  2. Marcos Alonso, Chelsea
  3. Christian Fuchs, Leicester
  4. Kyle Walker, Spurs
  5. Gary Cahill, Chelsea
  6. Leighton Baines, Everton
  7. Ryan Bertrand, Southampton
  8. Marcos Rojo, Man United
  9. Cesar Azpilicueta, Chelsea
  10. Cedric, Southampton
  11. Martin Olsson, Swansea
  12. David Luiz, Chelsea
  13. Aaron Cresswell, West Ham
  14. Toby Alderweireld, Spurs
  15. Robert Huth, Leicester
  16. Nathaniel Clyne, Liverpool
  17. Gareth McAuley, West Brom
  18. Luke Shaw, Man United
  19. Stephen Kinglsey, Swansea
  20. Charlie Daniels, Bournemouth
  • Chelsea defenders are all ownable, just not reliable for a clean lately.  Zero clean sheets in last 6.  that is never a good thing for the investment value.
  • Who will replace Coleman at Everton, on the cheap it will be Holgate.  Not this week as the Toffees have a tough one from a defensive mindset.
  • United is hurting at the back.  No Jones or Smalling.  No matter Rojo may be the better of the non-Valencia crown anyways
  • Lot’s of sneaky defenders are taken out of the equation this week by playing off against each other.

Midfielders:

  1. Alexis Sanchez, Arsenal
  2. Eden Hazard, chelsea
  3. Dele Alli, Spurs
  4. Gylfi Sigurdsson, Swansea
  5. Christian Eriksen, Spurs
  6. Pedro, Chelsea
  7. Josh King, Bournemouth
  8. Sadio Mane, Liverpool
  9. Juan Mata, Man United
  10. Riyad Mahrez, Leicester
  11. Raheem Sterling, Man City
  12. Roberto Firmino, Liverpool
  13. Kevin de Bruyne, Man City
  14. Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Man United
  15. Ross Barkley, Everton
  16. Dusan Tadic, Southampton
  17. Leroy Sane, Man City
  18. Philippe Coutinho, Liverpool
  19. Andre Ayew, West Ham
  20. Nathan Redmond, Southampton
  • By far thge toughest position to rank this week, and I probably could have went to 40 overall names.
  • I am leery, like an international break mixed in with the health of Hazard and de Bruyne.  I persoanlly wouldn’t own eitehr player this week.  granted Eden is ranked high.
  • Starting to love me some Mahrez again.
  • Andre Ayew, three goals in 3 games and in less minutes then 2 games combined.  No Antonio could involve him from start.

Forwards:

  1. Romelu Lukaku, Everton
  2. Diego Costa, Chelsea
  3. Sergio Aguero, Man City
  4. Jamie Vardy, Leicester
  5. Marcus Rashford, Man United
  6. Jermain Defoe, Sunderland
  7. Fernando Llorente, Swansea
  8. Troy Deeney, Watford
  9. Andy Carroll, West Ham
  10. Andre Gray, Burnley
  11. Shane Long, Southampton
  • Diego minus the injury knock news would be number 1.
  • Vardy is maybe all the way back, wish his price was where it was last year.
  • Love bothe Deeney and Defoe to score this week against each other.
  • I don’t think Manolo makes it back making Shane Long a DFS option this week.
